在上一期里面，我们学习了通过电话提前预定酒店，这样方便我们更好地安排行程。那今天我们就要接着学习，预定好酒店之后，到了当地找到酒店怎么办理入住哦。

Staff: Good afternoon sir, how can I help you?

Chris: Good afternoon, I have a reservation for a king room.

Staff: Okay, may I have your name please?

Chris: Wilson.

Staff: Just a moment sir, let me look through our list. (pauses) Ah, yes, I have Mr Wilson in a king room for two nights, is that right?

Chris: Right.

Staff: Great, Would you fill out this registration form please?

Chris: Sure, can I borrow your pen for a minute?

Staff: Here you are.

Chris: Let me see... (checking and writing) My name, address, passport number, date of departure, and … signature. (passes the form to the staff) All done.

Staff: Thanks. I also need you to pay 50 dollars deposit, would you like to pay by cash or card?

Chris: Credit card.

Staff: Sure. Please sign here.

Chris: Ok.

Staff: Excellent! Now everything’s in order, here is your credit card and your key-card. Your room number is 1125. You can take the guest elevator at the end of the hall to 11th floor.

Chris: Thanks a lot.

Staff: You are welcome sir. Enjoy your stay.
