Staff: Hello, Holiday Inn. How may I help you?

Chris: Okay.

Staff: I’m so sorry; we don’t have any more single rooms. But we do have a king room available, is that okay for you?

Chris: Yeah it’s fine. How much?

Staff: How many days will you stay?

Chris: Two nights. Tomorrow night and the following night.

Staff: It’ll be $260 then. $130 per night.

Chris: What’s included in the price?

Staff: You get free access to the internet, the gym and swimming pool, you also get free breakfast.

Chris: Ok. I’ll take it.

Staff: Alright, what name shall I book it in?

Chris: Wilson.

Staff: And what time will you be arriving Sir?

Chris: Probably around 6 pm tomorrow.

Staff: Great. We are looking forward to seeing you then. Would you like to note down your reservation number?
