英文对话示例
背景：ABC会展公司的两位项目经理之间的对话。他们分别是Catherine和James，分管不同的项目。

Catherine: Hi James, are you alright? It seems that you are a bit stressed.

James: I am alright, thanks. I just don't have enough sleep these days so I look tired in some way.

Catherine: What happened? Do you meet any problems?

James: It is the back-to-school sales campaign keeping me up at night. I cannot come up with a satisfactory promotion plan in my mind.

Catherine: oh, that's not good. Work shouldn't keep you from sleeping.

James: I agree. But I really don't know how I could deal with this situation. Actually, I always wake up suddenly after a few hours sleep with work on my mind.

Catherine: Have you turned to your superior for help? Does he know your concerns?

James: Not yet, but I'm not sure what he could do about the campaign as well.

Catherine: Well, maybe you also could keep a pad of paper and pen with you and try to write down all your ideas even that they are just flashing across your mind. This may help collect your ideas.

James: Really great thanks for your advice, Catherine. I'll try that.
