《红色一号：冬日行动》上映

The movie Red One (《红色一号：冬日行动》) came out in China on Nov 8, a week before it hit the screens (登上银幕) in North America. This movie is about Christmas. It brings action, comedy (喜剧) and fantasy (虚幻) together. In the movie, Dwayne Johnson is Santa’s guard (圣诞老人的守卫). Chris Evans is a hunter (猎人) and he needs to find Santa. J.K. Simmons plays Santa. This Santa is not like the “real” Santa. He is not fat at all!

Young star beats Qinwen

郑钦文获得WTA年终总决赛亚军

On Nov 9, Chinese Olympic champion (奥运冠军) Zheng Qinwen played in the final of her first-ever Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Finals. It took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Zheng lost the final to 20-year-old American Coco Gauff. Gauff became the youngest WTA Finals singles (单打) champion since Maria Sharapova in 2004.
