世界消费者权益日： World Consumer Rights Day或International Day for Protecting Consumers' Rights）为1983年开始的固定在每年3月15日的国际性纪念日，目标旨在保护国际上的消费者的权益。

1.关于购物时能用到的一些英文，进入商店后：

I’m looking for the perfect boots.

我在找一双好的靴子。

Could I try this on?

我可以试试这个吗？

Can I see that one please?我可以看那个吗？

Could I try this on?我可以试试这个吗？这里的try...on 是指试穿，也可以说I’d like to try on this suit.

询问颜色：

Have you got this in red?

你们有红色的吗？

当你看上某个商品想要试穿：

Do you have a changing room? 你们有更衣室吗？

还有一个更衣室的表达为locker room，这两者的区别为：changing room指商场的更衣室，locker room多为健身房等的更衣室。

试完了衣服之后，你可能会问到：

Does this long skirt suit me?

我穿这条长裙适合吗？

How about larger sizes?

有大一点的尺寸吗？

These pants must be taken up.

这裤子一定要修改。（Taking something up (a size up) - differences between changing a item and having alterations made. 修剪，裁剪某物。）

Do you do alterations here?

你们这里帮忙裁剪吗？

2.如果买到不合心的商品，想要退换货：

Can I get a refund? /can i return this?

可以退钱给我吗？／我可以退货吗

It’s a bit too tight / small.

它有点紧／小。

I want this T-shirt in another color.

我想换件其他颜色的同款T恤。

Can I exchange them for something else with the same price?

我可以用它们换相同价位的其他商品吗？
