The Wishing Star

Every night, a star named Twinkle looked down at the children making wishes. "I wish I could grant wishes," Twinkle thought. One night, a little girl wished for a friend, and Twinkle shined brighter than ever. The girl saw Twinkle twinkling and smiled, feeling like she had a new friend in the sky. Twinkle realized that by simply shining brightly, she could make wishes come true in her own way.
