No.4 Your plan 

When it comes to the question about career planning, we could separate the answer into two parts. One is about your short-term goal, another is about your long-term goal.

Well, for the short-term goal, I would like to be a real professional marketing specialist in an international company with a multi-cultured environment like yours. However, I understand that I still need to learn a lot and I believe that this position is a perfect start for me.

What is most important for me now is to do the best possible job for the company and learn and develop my skills as much as possible.

My short-term goal is to become a better manager and to help my team to achieve exceptional results.

One of my ambitions is to become our representative in America. In order to achieve this goal, I will work hard in the future.

I want to be a professional manager in the future. 

My long-term goal is to be an excellent technical architect。

No.5 Your Character

I am pretty organized, which is strongly reflected in the quality of my work... I always arrive at the office in advance for 30 minutes, so I can list my work priorities and concentrate on the most important work.

I have good communication skills. I believe that communication skills are crucial in every job, especially this one. I have successfully held 20 events in the past two years, which need strong communication and coordination skills.

I am a team player.

No.6 Why you

I fulfil all the job requirements. However, I am sure some other applicants do fulfil this requirement, too. But I am a nice person and always try to create a good atmosphere in the workplace. This helps, especially nowadays, when people are stressed out and negative about everything.

I have relevant experience and I am strongly motivated to work for your company, as it has always been my dream to work there.

No.7 Salary

Salary is not a deciding factor for me. I am really interested in this job and want to get the job. Therefore, I will accept an average salary for this position which is something between $35,000 and $40,000 a year, according to my knowledge.
