A man walked into the post office carrying a large envelope. He walked up to the counter and greeted the clerk.
一个男人提着一个大信封走进了邮局。他走到柜台前，向职员打了个招呼。
"I need to send this envelope to my business partner in Japan," he said, placing the envelope on the counter.
“我需要把这个信封寄给我在日本的商业伙伴，”他说着，把信封放在柜台上。
"Alright, do you have the address ready?" the clerk asked.
“好的，你已经准备好地址了吗？”职员问道。
The man nodded and handed over a slip of paper with the address written on it. The clerk checked the address and asked, "Is this a residential or a business address?"
那个男人点了点头，递给职员一张写有地址的纸条。职员核对了地址，然后问道：“这是个居民地址还是商业地址？”
"It's a business address," the man replied.
“这是个商业地址，”那个男人回答道。
"Okay, the postage fee for a standard envelope to Japan is $3.50. Do you want to send it by regular mail or express mail?" the clerk asked.
“好的，标准信封到日本的邮费是3.50美元。你想用普通邮寄还是快递邮寄？”职员问道。
"I'll go with express mail, please," the man said, paying the postage fee.
“我选择快递邮寄，”那个男人说着，交了邮费。
The clerk affixed the postage stamp to the envelope and handed it back to the man. "Thank you, your envelope will be delivered to your business partner in Japan soon," she said with a smile.
职员在信封上贴上邮票，然后把信封交还给那个男人。“谢谢，你的信封很快就会送到你在日本的商业伙伴那里了，”她微笑着说道。
