How are things going? I'm writing to introduce some Chinese Guisines, which you are interested in.
In China, dining castoms vary place to place, forming different cuisines.The most typical are the “8 Chinese Chiines" among which the hot and spicy Sichuan and Hunan cuisines are the most popular in China. The Cantonese cuisin with light taste and delicate cooking methods is not only sought after in China, but also popular around the world. I like Sichuan cuisine very much because I love spicy food.
