英文示例

（1）关于你的工作背景和教育背景的问题

1）工作背景相关：以“我目前在IBM公司担任市场营销经理”为例，可以有3种表达：

a) I currently work as a marketing manager in IBM.

b) I am now working in IBM as a marketing manager.

c) My most recent job is the marketing manager of IBM.

2）教育背景相关：以“我毕业于清华大学计算机系”为例，可以有3中表达：

a) I graduated from the computer science and technology at Tsinghua university.

b) I obtained/received my bachelor/master/doctor degree from Tsinghua university and my major is computer science and technology.

c) I’ve learned computer science and technology in Tsinghua university for four years.

（2）关于你的技能和证书的问题

1）技能相关：表达技能掌握程度的形容词

按照表示程度的不同升序排列如下（最右为程度最强）：

familiar熟悉 proficient掌握  skilled熟练  expert精通

以大家常说的office软件Excel表格为例：

a) I am familiar with Excel, as I have used it a few times for a statistics class.我熟悉Excel表格， 因为我在统计课上使用过几次。

b) I am proficient in Excel and know most of the frequently used functions and formulas. 我掌握Excel表格的使用并且知道里面常用的功能和公式。

c) I am skilled in Excel, that I can sort and display data using various tables and graphs.我可以熟练地使用Excel表格，因为我可以通过它来筛选数据并通过图表的方式来展示这些数据。

d) I am an expert in Excel and I am confident to solve almost any problem within the scope of the software. 我精通Excel表格并且我有自信通过这个软件的能力范围内解决几乎所有相关问题。

2）证书相关示例：

a) I acquired the CFA certificate 3 years ago.

b) In 2008, I was certificated by CFA program.

（3）关于你上一份工作离开的原因、工作表现的问题

1）工作离开原因示例：

Well, I don't think that my last job was challenging enough. I liked my colleagues and boss, but I simply can’t keep myself motivated anymore. Based on the job description which you have provided, I really believe that I can find new motivation and challenges in your company.

呃...我觉得我的上一份工作对我来说不够有挑战。我很喜欢我的同事和老板，但是我没办法让自己有更多的工作动力。看到你们给的工作职责描述，我相信这是一份有挑战的工作并且在你们的公司能重新找回工作动力。

2）工作表现示例：

a) As a marketing manager, I managed to raise the market share of our products from 20% to 30% in South China. 作为市场营销经理，我成功的把我们的产品在中国南部地区所占的市场份额从20% 提高到30%。

b) I have reduced our administration cost by 15%. 我把管理成本减少了15%。

c) I succeeded in promoting our products to India. 我将公司产品成功的推广到了印度。
