第5章-一课经济学与经济政策

本章涵盖了一系列不同的问题，统一的主题是一课经济学理论。一些解决公共利益和稀缺资源分配问题的方法，在市场经济中，大部分通过私人产权在市场中进行交换来解决，这是不可避免的。因此，补偿社会分配给稀缺和有价值服务的机会成本是必要的。价格告诉我们机会成本，并试图通过调节价格或通过法令分配稀缺商品和服务来制定公共政策，但很少能奏效。经济学家得出的一个结论是，政府不应采取任何行动。但是，作者认为如果你想解决社会问题，就要解决财产权的分配问题。
