I think for me, beauty is sincerity. I think that there are so many different ways that someone can be beautiful. 

我认为，美就是真诚。我认为一个人想要变美有很多不同的方式。

You know, someone's so funny that it makes them beautiful no matter how they look, because they're sincere in it. 

有些人风趣幽默，那么不管他们外貌如何，他们都很美，因为他们很真实。

Or somebody's, like, really emotional and moody and thoughtful and stoic, but that makes them beautiful because that's sincerely who they are. 

有些人很情绪化、喜怒无常，或者有些人心思缜密、坚忍克己，但他们都很美，因为他们展现出了真实的自己。

Or you look out into the crowd, you see someone's so happy that they are smiling from ear to ear, and that sincerity comes through. 

或者你看看外面的人群，一些人笑得合不拢嘴，非常开心，那就是真情流露。

I think that's what makes somebody beautiful. 

我认为这就是一个人之所以美丽的原因。
