成都大运会“遗产”将继续奉献精彩赛事并服务全民健身

After the recently concluded FISU University Games in Chengdu, the venues for the event will continue to be used, not only for sports events, but public fitness in general.
成都大运会共有49座场馆，其功能硬件和服务软件全部达到国际比赛标准。这些场馆不仅将继续为观众奉献精彩的体育赛事，也将持续服务于全民健身。

After the games, the FISU Village will be handed over to Chengdu University, transforming them into teaching and living spaces for teachers, students and employees. In addition to objects from the Chengdu FISU Games, visitors to a museum there can see medals, torches, mascots and graphic and audio-visual materials from previous games, as well as valuable collections donated by FISU officials.
大运村赛后全部移交成都大学，转化为师生员工的教学生活空间，实现百分之百的可持续利用。博物馆内不仅有本届大运会的珍贵实物，也有大运会历史上具有重要价值的奖牌、火炬、吉祥物、图文、音像资料以及国际大体联官员捐赠的往届大运会珍贵藏品。

"We will make full use of the legacy of the Chengdu FISU Games to promote the construction of a world-famous city of sport in the post-games era,” said Chen Zhi, deputy director of the Chengdu Sports Bureau.

Recently, regions including Beijing, Hebei, Jilin, and Heilongjiang have been experiencing heavy floods. In addition to providing relief supplies, a number of volunteers from across the country have mobilized  to help the affected areas. More than 17,000 volunteers arrived to aid in rescue efforts after a flood struck Zhuozhou in Hebei province.
最近，北京、河北、吉林、黑龙江等地都遭受了不同程度的洪灾，除了救援物资，全国各地还有大量的救灾志愿者赶往受灾地区。据悉，河北涿州洪水爆发后，有超过1.7万名志愿者来到这里，参与救援工作。


However, flood relief requires technical knowledge and professional training. Zhou Yahui, an aquatic rescue training instructor at the China Disaster Prevention Association went into greater detail.
然而，抗洪救灾需要一定的技术知识和专业培训。中国日报与中国灾害防御协会水域救援的培训教官周亚辉在一同去往涿州赈灾的路上进行了深入的探讨。

There are several hazards to be aware of during flood rescue: hidden currents and rapids, sharp objects underwater, unexpected damage to rescue boats or equipment and the need to rescue untrained volunteers after they fall into the waters and are unable to swim. Apart from these challenges, there are other unforeseeable situations that require proper training and years of experience to handle properly.
在洪灾救援中，容易遇到的危险有如下几类：一是暗流、急流；二是水下看不见的锋利物；三是救援船只、设备的突然损坏；四是意外落水后水性不足。除此之外，其他突发状况也是难以预估，更是需要正规的训练和长年的经验才能应对自如。
