What have I learned about style... I've learned that comfort is key. And ... I learned that basically because of like, years and years of just growing up, and constantly having your hair and makeup done, and wearing clothes that are just... You can't breathe in or you can't walk in. Comfort is really key... to happiness.

关于穿搭风格我有何领悟…我明白了舒适才是最重要的。基本上，我会领悟到这一点是因为成长过程中年复一年，一直都要做发型，总要化妆，还要穿紧到令人窒息的戏服，或者穿上迈不开腿那种。舒适真的是最关键的...幸福的关键所在。

What I've learned about beauty, it's not necessarily just about like, face, but... Silk pillows by Slip, the greatest invention of all. They keep your skin soft, they keep your hair soft, you sleep on them and you wake up, you look so refreshed. It's really good for everything.

关于美我有何领悟，我了解到美不一定是指脸长得漂亮，也可能...Slip 家的丝绸枕，是史上最伟大的发明。枕上去皮肤软软的，头发软软的。一觉醒来整个人看上去焕然一新。对身心各方面都十分有益。

What have I learned about love? I've learned that love... umm... isn't always easy. You have to work at love to enjoy it more and I think... with anything, like with anything, like with the career you have, the more you work, the bigger you pay off. And it's the same with love.

我对爱有何领悟？我理解了爱...嗯...并不总是简单轻松。要努力经营才能更好地享受爱情，我想...我觉得其他事也是如此，比如事业，付出越多，回报越大。爱情也是这样。

The thing I've learned about friendship is the... the most valuable friends you have are the ones...I think you argue with the most, because they tell you upfront when you are being stupid or you are saying something that isn't necessarily right or you are being, like, unpolitically correct, whatever it is, they are the people that are the most valuable because they will always have your back and they will tell you when you are being wrong. And that is having your back.

关于友情，我明白了…最可贵的朋友是那些...总跟你争论的伙伴，因为如果你犯傻他们会直接地告诉你，如果你说的不太对又或者政治上不太正确，总之不管是什么啦，这样的朋友最可贵，因为他们会一直支持你，你错了他们就会指出。这样才真的是在帮你。

What I've learned about family... I've just learned that family would do everything for each other no matter what. You don't choose your family but you are stuck with them and you kind of... have to love them. But luckily for me, I do genuinely love all my family. But family would do anything for each other. I certainly will, I would do anything for my brothers. May be my mom and dad if they treat me well.

关于家人我了解到什么...我知道家人愿意为彼此做任何事，无论情况如何。你无法选择家人，必须跟他们联系在一起，你...必须爱他们，我很幸运，我真心爱我的家人。家人会为彼此做任何事。反正我会，我愿意为哥哥们做任何事。如果爸妈对我好，也可以算上他俩儿。

What I've learned about career... For me, personally, I have a big issue with, like, standing up for myself, and just being outspoken in general. And... When I was working on the most recent X-Men, Jessica Chastain came over to me... 'cos... I was like... I wouldn't even more if there was like, a really dangerous light hanging above me, I'd just be like, I'll just sit here and see if they notice.

关于事业我学到什么...就我个人而言，为自己发声会让我感到非常为难，总体上来说很难大胆发表意见。然后...我最近拍一部《X战警》的过程中，杰西卡·查斯坦来跟我聊了聊...因为...我当时...就算头顶悬着一盏摇摇欲坠的灯我都不会躲开，只会静静坐在原地，期待有人发现。

So she came up to me and she was like, "Hey, you know you can say something ". And so like, whenever I had points about the script or something, she would kind of bring me in, and be like, "You had a really good point, why don't you tell everyone?" So... like, I'm learning... to take charge of my career more, and be a more independent person.

杰西卡特意过来找我，她说：“嘿，有困难可以跟我说。”还有每当我对剧本有意见或建议，她就会带我参与讨论，跟我说：“你的意见很好啊，不妨跟大家分享一下？”所以...我正学着...更好地掌控自己的事业，学着变得更加独立自主。

What I've learned about confidence... Well, actually... My... soon to be sister in law taught me, Priyanka. She... I... I asked her, I was like, "where do you get all this confidence from?" And she's like, "well, you know", like "of course I'm like, insecure about bits and bobs, but if you want to get the reaction you want to get, you have to walk into that room, and be confident, and walk into that room, and own it, and make people feel welcome and loved and happy to be there with you.” 

关于自信我有何领悟...这个嘛，其实...我未来的弟媳教会我...我是说朴雅卡。她...我...我原先问过她，我问她“你的自信之源是什么？”她说：“这个嘛，我当然也会因为一些细枝末节感到不自信，但如果你想得到理想的回应，就要在人前展示自信，挺胸抬头走到人前，骄傲展示自己。让人们感受到你的热情和爱，愿意跟你相处。”

And so... I umm... So that's what I learned about confidence. I think, nobody really has that much, but if you... if you kind of own it, and you pretend to be that person, you'll get a much warmer response, and so I'm trying to do that as well.

所以...我...这就是我对自信的领悟。我觉得没有人能永远自信满满，但如果你...如果你骄傲地展示自己，扮演那个充满自信的人，就会得到更热情地回应，这也是我在努力尝试的。
