China on Tuesday launched the Shenzhou-16 manned spaceship, sending three astronauts to its space station combination for a five-month mission. The spaceship, atop a Long March-2F carrier rocket, blasted off from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Northwest China at 9:31 a.m., according to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA). About 10 minutes after the launch, Shenzhou-16 separated from the rocket and entered its designated orbit. The crew members are in good shape, and the launch is a complete success, according to the agency.

5月30日9时31分，搭载神舟十六号载人飞船的长征二号F遥十六运载火箭在酒泉卫星发射中心点火发射，约10分钟后，神舟十六号载人飞船与火箭成功分离，进入预定轨道，航天员乘组状态良好，发射取得圆满成功。神舟十六号将3名航天员送入空间站，并开启为期五个月的任务。

The Shenzhou-16 astronauts will conduct large-scale in-orbit tests and experiments in various fields as planned.  They are expected to make high-level scientific achievements in the study of novel quantum phenomena, high-precision space time-frequency systems, verification of general relativity, and the origin of life.

神舟十六号航天员将按计划开展多领域大规模在轨实（试）验，有望在新奇量子现象研究、高精度空间时频系统、广义相对论验证以及生命起源研究等方面产出高水平科学成果。

The crew, consisting of Jing Haipeng, Zhu Yangzhu and Gui Haichao, will witness the dockings of the Tianzhou-5 cargo craft and the Shenzhou-17 manned spaceship, as well as the departures of the Shenzhou-15 manned spaceship and Tianzhou-5.

由景海鹏、朱扬柱和桂海潮组成的神舟十六号乘组，在飞行任务期间，将迎来2次对接和撤离返回，即神舟十五号载人飞船返回、天舟五号货运飞船的再对接和撤离以及神舟十七号载人飞船对接。

It is the first crewed mission for the application and development stage of China's space station, and the 29th flight mission since the country's manned space program was approved and initiated. The launch also marks the 475th flight mission of the Long March carrier rocket series.

这次任务是我国载人航天工程进入空间站应用与发展阶段的首次载人飞行任务，是工程立项实施以来的第29次发射任务，也是长征系列运载火箭的第475次飞行。

The space station combination is now in orbit for the rendezvous and docking. It is in good working condition and ready for the rendezvous-and-docking of Shenzhou-16 and its crew.

目前，空间站组合体已进入交会对接轨道，工作状态良好，满足与神舟十六号载人飞船交会对接和航天员进驻条件。

The C919, China's first domestically developed large passenger jet, made by the Commercial Aircraft Corp of China, successfully completed its first commercial flight after landing at Beijing Capital International Airport on Sunday.

5月28日， MU9191航班顺利抵达北京首都国际机场，C919全球首次商业载客飞行成功。C919是中国商用飞机有限责任公司制造的中国首架自主研发的大型客机。

The C919 departed Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport for Beijing Capital at 10:32 am on Sunday, embarking on its first commercial flight. The flight, MU9191, is run by China Eastern Airlines, and about 130 passengers were on board.

C919于当天上午10时32分从上海虹桥机场起飞，飞往北京首都机场，开启这一机型全球首次商业载客飞行。C919执行的航班号MU9191由中国东方航空公司运营。机上约有130名乘客。

The aircraft features a painted logo in the shape of a seal with the Chinese characters "quanqiu shou jia", meaning the first C919 in the world.

这架飞机机身前部印有“全球首架”的标识和对应英文，意思是世界上第一架C919。

Officially launched in 2009, the C919 program has been steadily progressing toward its goal of commercial service. With its market operation kicking off, the aircraft may reshape the global commercial aviation landscape and symbolize China's progress in the aerospace industry.
