Customer:I'd like to rent an automatic car the day after tomorrow.
CL:OK,how long would you like to rent it for?
CU:Urm,from hte 19th,next Wednesday,for three days.I'll return it on the 21st.
CL:OK,now,what type of car would you like to have?We've got vans,....
CU:Urm,just the smallest type,please,'cos it's just for me.
CL:OK,then...we've got Toyota and Astra
CU:Whichever the cheaper one please.
CL:OK,so it'll be an Astra.That's ￡45 per day.So for three days, it'll be ￡135 plus VAT.So in
total,￡158.62 and covers unlimited mileage,third party insurance,theft,fire and damage.
CU:How about petrol?
CL:As for petrol,you can purchase a full tank of petrol in advance for just ￡35.73.Then you don't have to fill up the tank before returning.Would you like to do this?
CU:Urm,yes,please.
CL:Now,what type of driving licence have you got?
CU:An international one.
CL:OK,and how old are you?
CU:I'm over 25.
CL:OK,that's fine.Now,on the 19th,about what time would like to pick up the car?
CU:Well,say,around noon?Is that OK?
CL:No problem.Now on the 21st,when you return the car,please make sure you return it by 8:00pm
