Pisces was represented by those of Celtic origin. During the Age of Pisces, we saw how strength and power shifted to the people of western Europe, they had behind them the energy of the age giving them power to be leaders of the world.
This energy has shifted again and is now with the people of Chinese origin. For most of Chinese history, the majority of the people were powerless servants to an emperor, but now, the people will have within them the strength and energy of the Age of Aquarius.
