大表哥丹·史蒂文森 | 谈《美女与野兽》

I was very excited. It's a huge challenge turning a 2D cartoon into a 3D human story, I guess. And it's also a great story, a great character. It's one of the great characters from fairy tales really. And I was very excited. My wife is very excited, my kids are very excited.

我非常的兴奋，把2D动画变成3D的真人电影是一项巨大的挑战。这是一个非常精彩的故事，还有非常棒的角色，野兽算是童话故事里最棒的角色之一了。我非常感高兴能出演，我妻子很开心，我的孩子也非常兴奋。

The music phrase is sensational. One of the great things about animated film was the blend of romance and classic fairy tale telling as well as a bit of humor and fun. That's something that we've really tried to retain in this the romantic side but also a bit of silliness.

电影音乐也非常的动听，这部动画电影最了不起的地方就是将浪漫和经典的童话故事巧妙地融为一体，同时还有一丝幽默和有趣。这就是我们这部真人电影里真正想要留住的一些东西，有浪漫的一面，也有蠢萌的一面。

I hope that we will do justice to the love that people have for animated film, but people feel that we've taken on, moved on a bit, brought something fresh to it, brought a few new songs to it. I hope they like those. I hope it becomes another classic really that the families enjoy and the kids enjoy, getting to engage with the fairy tale again. Cuz it's one of the great fairy tales.

我希望我们能够酬答大家对动画版本的挚爱，但是我们也同时发现我们把故事带向了另一个层次，带来了一丝新鲜感，也带来了一些新歌，我希望大家能够喜欢它们。我也真的希望它能成为另外一个经典，能让家庭享受，也能让孩子们喜欢，再次融入这个童话世界，因为这是一个最了不起的童话故事之一。

Something that Bill and I were keen to bring out is this sense of sort of petulant spoiled child and the sense of kind of entitlement and that led to his downfall really. So that was quite fun, just to work into this very short little montage almost entirely through the medium of dance which is not something I've done a huge amount of before. But that was really interesting to introduce that element. And then see that threaded through the Beast's story. And to see him cursed, not just for having refused a rose, but actually for all his other traits that he could be damned for.

我和导演Bill都渴望带出来的感觉就是一个任性的，被宠坏的孩子，习惯了各种特权才导致了他被是施魔咒。这还挺好玩儿的，能出演这段很短的蒙太奇式剪辑，而且几乎所有都是舞蹈元素，这是我以前少有涉足的领域。但能向大家带来这样的舞蹈元素还蛮有趣的，然后通过野兽的视角来看这个故事。他受到诅咒，不仅仅是因为拒绝了巫婆赠送的玫瑰，同时也是因为他性格的其他方面而遭到诅咒。
