Hey, I'm Keanu Reeves and "Esquire" has asked me to explain some things about my life and career.

"What is the most surreal part of portraying Neo again?" Hmm...

Life is but a dream.

I've never had the chance to play a role, you know, 15, 16, 17 years later.

And that's some of what the film's about.

So this idea of a past and memory and fiction and reality and truth.

And, and, and, and..."If this was real life, which pill would you take and why?" Uh...

Red pill, blue pill.

You know, reality and existence is tough enough, so it would be great to have the red pill so you could, at least, start from there.

"Are you ever going to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe?" Isn't it bigger than a universe?

It's almost like a multi-verse, it's a "Marvel-verse".

Um, you know, it would be an honor.

Some really amazing directors and visionaries, and, you know, they're doing something no one's really ever done.

It's special in that sense, in terms of the scale, the ambition, the production.

"Will Smith famously turned down the role of Neo, how do you think this impacted your career?" Well, it changed my life, and, uh, it was such a wonderful creative experience.

When did your obsession with motorbikes begin?" And this is "Toy Story 4", and this is...Duke Caboom, Canada's greatest stuntman.

Uh, no. It was not written for me, but the filmmakers were very collaborative.

Yeah, I know. It's been difficult.

My obsession with motorbikes began probably when I was kid like so many things imprinted in my, my neurons, seeing these motorcycle gangs coming to, I grew up in Toronto, Canada, and in the summer, these motorcycle gangs were coming to Yorkville.

"Which fighting styles have you enjoyed learning during your filmmaking career?" I've enjoyed learning them all.

I feel really fortunate to have the opportunity to do this physical acting.

I have searing, incredible memories from all of these films. I will say that working on "Devil's Advocate", and getting the chance to, to act with Al Pacino... I mean...
