573 - 如何在家做抗原测试 2 My first at-home self testing 2

1. I repeated the previous steps in my other nostril with the same swab.

我用同一根棉签在另一个鼻孔里重复了上面的步骤。

2. I then inserted the swab into the test tube.

然后我把棉签插入试管中。

3.Gently and slowly swirled the swab 5 times.

轻轻地、缓慢地转动棉签5次。

4.Pressed it against the side of the tube.

将棉签贴紧试管按压。

5. With the swab inside, I pinched the outside of the tube against the swab tip 10-15 times.

将棉签留在里面，我捏住试管外壁挤压棉签10-15次。

6.Then I left the swab in the tube for 2 minutes.

然后我把棉签留在试管里2分钟。

7.After 2 minutes was up, I removed the swab while pinching the sides of the tube to squeeze out all the liquid.

两分钟到了以后，我把棉签拿出来，边拿边挤压试管壁，挤出所有液体。

8. I attached the cap securely onto the tube.

我把盖子紧紧地盖上试管。

9.Then I opened the test device and placed it on a flat surface.

然后我打开检测装置，把它放置在一个平面上。

10.I held the tube directly over the test device and squeezed 3 drops onto the circle of the test device.

我把试管拿到装置上，挤出3滴到检测装置的圆圈里。

11.I set a timer for 15 minutes.

我设了个15分钟的定时器。

12.Time to see the result!

是看结果的时候了！

13.Only one line appeared.

只出现了一条线。

14. This means the result is negative.

这说明结果是阴性的。
