 What can I do for you?  

Is there anything I can help you with？

What about。。。？= How about。。？

Dialogue：

A:May I help you? / Can I help you? / What can I do for you? / Is there anything I can help you with ?您好，您需要买些什么？

B:I’m looking for a birthday present for my wife. What do you recommend?

我想为我的太太买一份生意礼物，您可以推荐一下吗？

A: Well, What about this necklace? / How about this necklace?

 好的，这一款项链怎么样？

B: Hmm, it looks a little long./ short . / big. / small.

嗯，有点长了。

A: What about these over here? We have one with a flower pendant, and another one with a heart.

看着一些怎么样，有花形吊坠的，还有心形的。

B: I’m looking for something a bit more elegant / graceful / sophisticated / exquisite. How much is this pearl necklace over here?

我是想买精致一些的，这一款珍珠项链多少钱？

A: It’s 5,000 dollars.   5000美金。

B:Hmm, that’s too expensive. Okay I’ ll take the first one.

哦，太贵了。好吧，我还是买第一款吧。

A: Sure thing. Here you are.
