W: City Pizzas. How can I help you？

M: Hello. My name's Harry Cox from the Downtown Studio.I‘m calling because you delivered our pizzas 15 minutes ago but you haven‘t sent the number I ordered. We haven't got anything like enough. I hope it's not a mistake and the second part of the delivery is on the way and will arrive very soon. Can you check, please?

W: Oh, that‘s surprising, I don‘t know what's happened; we normally send out all the pizzas for one order at the same time. Can you give me your order reference number, please?

M: Did you say 13?I ordered 30, not 13! No wonder we haven’t got enough.

W: Well, you're missing 17 pizzas, aren’t you?

M: That's right, and everyone’s due to arrive in about 5 minutes.

W: I’m sure we can get the right number to you quickly; you’re not very far away, are you?

M: No, we’re not.

W: How about if we send you all 30 this time, so they'll all be hot

M: Well, that would be great. What about the 13 we have here?

W: We won’t charge you for them. It's obviously our mistake
