Fall of the Year

一年中的，那个秋天

The world’s on fire in the cold clear air,

寒冷清凉的空气里,世界一片火红，

The world shouts AUTUMN everywhere.

世界每个角落都呼喊着秋天来了。

All the little animals began to grow more fur,

小动物们的皮毛，开始慢慢浓密起来，

All the summer birds began to fly away,

夏天的鸟儿们逐渐飞到南方去了，

The little gray kitten came out of the wind to purr,

灰色的小猫从风里跑出来，喵喵地叫着，

And the leaves blew away. All in one day.

树叶飘落了下来，在一夜之间。

Darkness came before the night,

夜色很早就降临了，

The air grew cold enough to bite,

空气寒冷刺骨，

Chrysanthemums were shaggy yellow.

菊花蓬松明黄。

The leaves turned red,

树叶红艳如火，

The leaves turned brown,

树叶转瞬棕黄，

They tumbled all over the frosty ground.
