Small Bunny loved BlueBlanket.

Everything he did,Small Bunny did with Blue Blanket.

Small Bunny needed theBlanket to help him go even higher on the swings.

He needed Blue Blanketto help him paint his best pictures...

And he needed BlueBlanket to help him read the hardest words in his books.

Small Bunny and BlueBlanket were always together.

One day, when theywere in the sandbox...

Mommy called, “Time tocome in, Small Bunny. You both need a bath.”

Small Bunny thoughtBlue Blanket was perfect the way it was.

His mommy didn’t agree.“Bunny!”

After Small Bunny waswashed... Anddried...

...Mommy picked upBlue Blanket and putit in the washing machine.

“Don’t worry.” shesaid, “it will only take a minute.”

1…21… 35 ….43 …57… 64…79… 98… 107…

It actually took 107.

And Small Bunnywatched Blue Blanket for every single one.

Mommy hung Blue Blanket out to dry.

“Good as new!” shesaid.

Small Bunny did notlike new.

But after plenty ofswinging, painting, reading, and playing...

...Blue Blanket wasjust the way it was before.
