On Monday at 10:03 am (Beijing Time), the Shenzhou XIV astronauts opened the hatch door of Wentian, the first lab module of China's space station, and entered the module, according to the China Manned Space Agency.

It was the first time the Chinese astronauts had entered the lab module in orbit.

The Wentian module, launched on Sunday afternoon, docked with the front port of the Tianhe core module at 3:13 am Monday.

The astronauts will conduct in-orbit work such as the attitude control of the combination of the space station, small mechanical arm crawling and the test of the complex of big and small arms.

As the first lab component of the Tiangong station, Wentian features cutting-edge technologies, strong capabilities, sophisticated design and represents a new milestone in China's space industry. 

The vehicle consists of three major parts－a crew working compartment, an airlock cabin and an unpressurized service module. 

It is the largest and heaviest spacecraft China has ever built and also the world's heaviest self-propelled spaceship in service, said the head designer of Wentian's overall structure. 

7月25日10时03分，神舟十四号航天员乘组成功开启问天实验舱舱门，顺利进入问天实验舱。这是中国航天员首次在轨进入科学实验舱。

7月24日，中国空间站问天实验舱成功进入太空。作为中国空间站首个科学实验舱，也是国家太空实验室的重要组成部分，问天实验舱将为航天员在轨工作生活提供更大空间，也为空间科学研究提供更大平台。

中国空间站问天实验舱全长17.9米，直径4.2米，发射重量23吨，比空间站天和核心舱更高、更大、更重，将为航天员提供专用的生活和工作场所。问天实验舱配置了与天和核心舱一样的航天员生活设施，包括3个睡眠区、1个卫生区和厨房等设施，未来可与核心舱一起来支持两艘载人飞船轮换期间6名航天员的生活。

问天实验舱的工作舱长达9米，是目前我国航天器中体型最大、承载最重的密封舱，也是世界第二大单密封舱体，这里还是航天员的生活工作场所。

The second China International Consumer Products Expo kicked off on Monday in Haikou, capital of south China's Hainan Province. The six-day expo has attracted 1,107 overseas companies and 1,643 brands from 61 countries and regions, as well as over 1,200 domestic brands. The exhibition area has expanded to 100,000 square meters from 80,000 square meters last year, with the international area covering 80 percent of the total exhibition space.  

第二届消博会开幕：2022年第二届中国国际消费品博览会7月25日在海南海口拉开帷幕。第二届消博会展览总面积10万平方米，比首届增加了2万平方米。其中国际展区8万平方米，吸引来自61个国家和地区的1600多个品牌参展，预计有600多个新品首发首秀。 

China will roll out more financial support to help COVID-19-hit cultural and tourism firms, according to a guideline released by the People's Bank of China and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Monday. Credit services to culture and tourism market players will be boosted by monetary policy tools like relending and rediscount. Local authorities and banking institutions are urged to offer targeted financing services to firms that are identified as having difficulty in normal operation.

六大金融举措促进文旅行业恢复发展：近日人民银行、文旅部联合印发《关于金融支持文化和旅游行业恢复发展的通知》。《通知》提出6项工作措施：继续加大对文化和旅游行业的金融支持力度；为受疫情影响较大的文化和旅游企业提供差异化的金融服务；完善对文旅企业的信贷供给体系；进一步拓宽文旅企业的融资渠道；着力降低文旅企业的融资成本；改善对文旅行业从业人员的就业和征信服务。

Despite the temporary capital outflow caused by the US' hiking of interest rates, the Hong Kong SAR has vast capability to maintain its Linked Exchange Rate System relying on its huge foreign exchange reserve, which exceeds $440 billion, and other advantages, the city’s financial secretary said Sunday.  

香港储备将维持联系汇率：香港财政司司长24日陈茂波表示，尽管美国利率上升导致资本外流，但香港约4400亿美元“庞大”的外汇储备足以维持与美元挂钩的汇率制度。

All incumbent leaders of the Communist Party of China and the State have been vaccinated with domestic COVID-19 vaccines, showing that the members attach great significance to virus control work and have great confidence in Chinese-made vaccines, Zeng Yixin, deputy director of the National Health Commission said on Saturday. He addedthat three domestic vaccines have obtained emergency use authorization from the World Health Organization, and more than 100 countries have approved Chinese-developed shots for public use. 

我国现职党和国家领导人都已完成国产新冠疫苗接种：7月23日，国家卫生健康委副主任曾益新在国务院联防联控机制新闻发布会上表示，我国现职党和国家领导人都已经完成了新冠疫苗接种，而且都是接种的中国国产疫苗。这充分显示了我国领导人对新冠疫情防控工作的高度重视，对我国生产的新冠疫苗的高度信任。此外，我国已有3个新冠疫苗被世卫组织纳入紧急使用清单，有超过100个国家批准使用我国生产的疫苗。曾益新介绍，包括土耳其、塞尔维亚、柬埔寨、等在内的30多个国家的领导人也带头接种了我国生产的疫苗，这些情况都充分说明了我国疫苗得到国际社会的广泛认可。

China's digital economy reached 45.5 trillion yuan in 2021, up 16 percent year-on-year, and ranked second in the world, according to a new report released at the fifth Digital China Summit in Fuzhou, Fujian province on Sunday. The report also showed that as of the end of 2021, the scale of China’s computing power also ranked second in the world.  

我国数字经济规模超45万：23日至24日，第五届数字中国建设峰会在福建福州举行。会上发布资料显示，我国数字经济规模从2017年的27.2万亿元增长到2021年的45.5万亿元，总量稳居世界第二，年均复合增长率达13.6%，占国内生产总值比重提升至39.8%。

China’s production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) is expected to exceed 100 billion yuan this year, according to the executive chairman of the Drone World Congress held in Shenzhen from Saturday to Sunday. As the world’s most important industrial base for civil drones, China has more than 12,000 drone companies with a total output value of 87 billion yuan, with Shenzhen alone hosting more than 1,500 drone firms. 

国内无人机产值有望破千亿：23日至24日，2022第六届世界无人机大会在深圳前海举行。世界无人机大会执行主席杨金才介绍，2020年以来，虽然遭受新冠疫情的影响，但无人机因为无接触配送、智能化应用而逆势上扬，保持30%的高速增长，预计今年国内无人机行业产值突破千亿元。全国共有12000多家无人机企业，行业总产值达到870亿元人民币。其中，仅深圳就有1500余家，产值近600亿元，消费级无人机占全球70%的市场份额，工业级无人机占全球50%的市场份额。 

China Mobile, the country's largest wireless carrier, will close its instant messaging service He-Fetion on Sept. 30, losing in competition to Tencent's WeChat. He-Fetion users can still log in to the firm's new Mobile Office for their corporate needs, the Beijing-based company said in a statement recently. Launched in 2007, He-Fetion became popular with free SMS messages and had once reached 500 million registered users.

运营15年飞信即将停运：7月25日消息，中国移动官网近日发布公告称，宣布和飞信业务将从2022年9月30日开始停止提供服务，届时用户将无法登陆以及使用和飞信，请用户提前做好重要资料的备份和保存。据悉，飞信运营达15年，巅峰时期注册用户近5亿。

Genki Forest, a Chinese firm known for its low-sugar tea and sparkling water beverages, unveiled its new cola beverage Friday, indicating the firm's entering the sugar-free cola market in a cautious attempt to take on global giants Coca-Cola and Pepsi in China. 

元气森林即将上线“可乐”：7月22日，元气森林正式对外透露，即将推出“元气可乐”产品，最快将于8月线上售卖，并进入部分线下渠道。

China will expand cash-pooling services for multinational companies to integrate domestic and foreign currency management on a larger scale, the country's monetary authorities said on Friday. According to statements made by the People's Bank of China (PBOC) and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) — Shanghai, Guangdong, Shaanxi, and other regions, would be included in the pilot program designed to make the usage and management of cross-border capital easier.

扩大跨国公司本外币一体化资金池试点：7月22日，中国人民银行、国家外汇管理局决定，在上海、广东、陕西、北京、浙江、深圳、青岛、宁波等地开展第二批跨国公司本外币一体化资金池试点，进一步优化管理政策，便利跨国公司企业跨境资金统筹使用。据悉，此次试点政策内容主要包括：增加试点地区和企业数量；允许跨国公司在境内办理境外成员企业本外币集中收付业务；进一步便利跨国公司以人民币开展跨境收支业务。

China Merchants Bank, one of the country’s largest commercial banks, said Friday that its board decided to withdraw an application to open China Merchants Tuopu Bank and terminate preparations. The decision came more than a year after the bank won approval from the top banking regulator to set up a direct banking joint venture with financial services platform Jingdong Digits Technology Holding. 

招行撤回与京东科技合资银行开业申请：7月22日，招商银行发布公告称，该行第十二届董事会第三次会议审议通过了《关于撤回招商拓扑银行开业申请事项的议案》，同意撤回招商拓扑银行股份有限公司（筹）开业申请并终止筹备工作。2020年12月11日，招商银行获批与网银在线共同筹建招商拓扑银行。招商银行与网银在线入股比例分别为70%、30%。网银在线是京东科技100%控股的全资子公司。 

Two of China’s policy lenders set up new units to handle financing of infrastructure spending last week. China Development Bank issued 1.3 billion yuan of loans through a newly established infrastructure fund management company to finance a highway construction project in Shanxi and an airport project in Henan, and Agricultural Development Bank, the nation’s second-largest policy lender, also created a new fund management company and issued a 500 million yuan loan for a hydropower station project in Chongqing. 

国开行、农发行设立基础设施基金公司：7月22日，国开基础设施基金有限公司出资13.07亿元，支持山西省呼北国家高速公路山西离石至隰县段工程项目和河南安阳豫东北机场项目。7月21日，农发行重庆市分行成功投放全国首笔农发基础设施基金5亿元，用于支持重庆市云阳县建全抽水蓄能电站项目建设，助力撬动当地水利基础设施建设投资。 

A senior Chinese inspector at the Henan supervision bureau of financial watchdog China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) is facing disciplinary action for alleged serious violations of laws and discipline, a statement released Sunday by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) showed. Li was director of a supervision division of rural small and medium-sized financial institutions between 2012 and 2018. 

河南银保监局原副局长被查：据中纪委国家监委驻中国银保监会纪检监察组、河南省监察委员会消息，中国银保监会河南监管局一级巡视员李焕亭涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受中央纪委国家监委驻中国银保监会纪检监察组纪律审查和河南省监察委员会监察调查。资料显示，李焕亭曾于2012年1月至2018年10月期间，担任原银监会河南监管局农村中小金融机构监管二处处长、党委委员、副局长。 

股市收盘情况

Chinese stocks fell on Monday as domestic COVID-19 flare-ups and global recession concerns weighed on equities. By the close, the benchmark Shanghai Composite edged down 0.6 percent and the Shenzhen Component shed 0.83 percent. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index lost 0.22 percent.

周一A股指数早盘弱势震荡，午后进一步走低。截至收盘，沪指收跌0.6%，深成指、创业板指分别跌0.83%、1.18%。港股恒生指数收跌0.22%，恒生科技指数收跌1.38%。
