China to further improve social credit system
两办：推进社会信用体系建设高质量发展

The general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have issued a guideline on supporting the development of the social credit system. It called for strengthening the integrity of scientific research and protecting intellectual property rights, cracking down on thesis trading, and optimizing the protection and application system for intellectual property rights. Quality control of products and services will be enhanced, and the supply of quality products and services in the domestic market will be expanded, the guideline said, adding that China will also cultivate model enterprises of integrity management. 
近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于推进社会信用体系建设高质量发展促进形成新发展格局的意见》。意见提出，强化科研诚信建设和知识产权保护，打击论文买卖“黑色产业链”，健全知识产权保护运用体制。深入实施质量提升行动，扩大国内市场优质产品和服务供给，培育一大批诚信经营、守信践诺的标杆企业。

Meanwhile, China will foster an environment for honest consumption and investment, such as cracking down on the production and sale of counterfeit goods, illegal advertising, and false publicity. China will also improve the credit system for ecological and environmental protection, according to the document.
与此同时，将大力打造诚信消费投资环境，依法打击制假售假、违法广告、虚假宣传等行为。根据该文件，我国还将进一步完善生态环保信用制度。

China issues plan for development of TCM
'十四五'中医药发展规划发布

The Chinese government has issued a new five-year plan for the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), introducing comprehensive arrangements for its related work. According to the plan released by the General Office of the State Council, by 2025, health services provided by TCM will be significantly enhanced, while the policy and system for high-quality development of TCM will be further improved, with its unique strengths in building a healthy China brought fully into play. 
国务院办公厅日前印发《“十四五”中医药发展规划》，对“十四五”时期中医药工作进行全面部署。规划提出，到2025年，中医药健康服务能力明显增强，中医药高质量发展政策和体系进一步完善，中医药在健康中国建设中的独特优势得到充分发挥。

The plan sets out key tasks to be implemented during the period, such as building a sound TCM service system, fostering specialists in TCM, and developing a high-level system for inheritance, protection and innovation in TCM. The plan also emphasizes combining TCM with modern science and integrating Chinese and Western medicine to better protect people's health. 
规划部署了10方面重点任务，包括建设优质高效中医药服务体系，建设高素质中医药人才队伍，建设高水平中医药传承保护与科技创新体系等。规划强调，推进中医药和现代科学相结合，推动中医药和西医药相互补充、协调发展，为更好保障人民健康提供有力支撑。

Long March 6A blasts off from Shanxi
长征六号改运载火箭成功首飞

A modified version of the Long March-6 carrier rocket with solid boosters made its maiden flight on Tuesday, sending two satellites into planned orbit. The rocket blasted off from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in North China's Shanxi province at 5:50 p.m. The modified rocket is China's first type of carrier rocket equipped with the boosters. It uses non-toxic and non-polluting propellants and can send satellites to the sun-synchronous orbit. It was the 412th mission of the Long March rocket series.
北京时间3月29日17时50分，我国在太原卫星发射中心成功发射长征六号改运载火箭，顺利将两颗卫星送入预定轨道。长征六号改运载火箭是长征六号火箭的改进型，是我国新一代无毒无污染运载火箭，也是我国首型固体捆绑运载火箭，用于发射太阳同步轨道卫星。这次任务是长征系列运载火箭的第412次飞行。

Nearly 900m 5G connections in China by 2025

The number of 5G connections in China is expected to reach 892 million by the end of 2025, according to a recent analysis by GSMA, an international association of mobile operators. 
全球移动通信系统协会近日发布的《2022中国移动经济发展》年度报告显示，中国的5G市场持续发展，预计到2025年，中国5G连接总数将达到8.92亿。

Strong 5G demand on the Chinese mainland has made it the single largest 5G market in the world, with 5G connections accounting for over 75 percent of the global total at the end of 2021, according to the association's latest report, "The Mobile Economy China 2022." By early March, China had around 1.43 million 5G base stations and over 500 million 5G users. The country will work to ensure the number of 5G base stations tops 2 million this year. 
报告显示，中国大陆5G需求强劲，已经成为全球最大的5G市场，到2021年底，5G连接总数占全球5G连接的75%。官方数据显示，截至今年3月初，我国累计建成开通的5G基站总数约143万座，实际连接的用户超过5亿。5G基站总数今年将力争突破200万个。
