Hailing a taxi can be frustrating for seniors who don't use smart-phone apps. But now over 200 cab-hailing screens installed in communities and downtown Shanghai hospitals make it much easier for them to call a taxi simply by pressing a button or scanning their face. Over 10,000 orders have been completed since June till the end of December 2021.
