until 与否定词连用，英文是否定的，中文却要肯定

句式： It is not until... that...

It was not untilyesterday that I learned it.

我直到昨天才知道。

It was not until 1911 that the first of the vitamins was identified.

直到1911年才发现了第一种维生素。

*有until出现的这类句子，英文是否定的，中文却要肯定。根本原因就是until有“终点”的意思，明确包含了“到了这个时间点，情况就发生变化，原先一直没有发生的事这时候发生了”的意思。

原声例句：It's not until the end that you realize what a magnificent thing she has done.

直到最后你才意识到她做了一件多么了不起的事。
