曹灿，中国国家话剧院国家一级演员、著名朗诵表演艺术家、北京市语言学会朗诵研究会名誉会长、曹灿艺术学校名誉校长。曹灿先生善于运用自己嗓音特点和演员职业特长把朗诵和传统评书结合起来，创造出自己的演播风格，曹灿先生播讲小说亲切口语、节奏鲜明、拟人状物、绘声绘色。1984年被中央人民广播电视台评委“十大演播艺术家”、1991年被评委“听众最喜欢的优秀演播艺术家”。曹灿先生关心青少年语言艺术教育，热心推广普通话，曾多次荣获“全国青少年儿童校外教育先进工作者”、“全国语言文字工作先进工作者”称号。
