A luxury advent calendar released by Chanel has received significant backlash from customers who say it is not worth its $825 price tag.

In a video posted to TikTok, influencer Elise Harmon filmed herself unboxing the pricey calendar and revealed the rather underwhelming contents.

The Chanel website purports that each day of the calendar either "contains a full-size fragrance or makeup product, miniature, or other surprise marked with Gabrielle Chanel's lucky number."
