第二，之所以还要大量进原料菜来卖，其实是为了保持这家餐馆对于供应链的影响力。否则，疫情结束了，供应链垮了，东山再起也就困难了。所以，挣钱不挣钱也不重要。

过去我们经常说顾客是企业的上帝，其实企业的上帝有很多。

这次疫情就让很多企业看清了，顾客重要，但企业组织和外部合作者，其实同样重要，同样是企业的上帝啊。
