Sally: Hello, this is Sally talking. Could I speak to your source manager, Nick?
Nick: This is Nick. Can I help you?
Sally: Hello, Nick, we met in the exhibition in Sydney last month.
Nick: Oh, I remember. You are the manager assistant of Star Company, right?
Sally: Yes.
Nick: What can I do for you?
Sally: I have learned that you are one of ADD’s suppliers. ADD is trying to establish a business relationship with us. So I want to know what your experience is like with it.
Nick: Oh, it is a new but big company. Generally speaking, it is a pleasant experience to cooperate with it.
Sally: Great. What about the quality of its goods?
Nick: Pretty good. Our clients in Canada speak quite well of it.
Sally: And the delivery?
Nick: To the best of my knowledge, most of our goods ordered are delivered as scheduled. It’s much better than our previous supplier.
