晚点上课有利健康
Studies have shown there are health benefits for starting school at a later in the morning.
According to mnn.com, "Thanks to hormones and bodily changes, many teens have a harder time falling asleep at night and therefore a harder time dragging themselves out of bed in the morning.
When they do get up , it's often after getting only a fraction of the nine plus hours of sleep they need to stay healthy."
Changing school staring times to 8:30 or later will help them more easily reach nine hours of sleep.
Unfortunately, many school officials are still debate as whether or not this time change would cost or save them money.
