Do you want to change the world? Start off by making your bed. There's nothing cute or easy or funny about discipline, especially when it comes to the subject of self-control. 

你想改变世界吗?从早上整理床铺开始做起。自律,尤其是自控力,不是什么好玩的、容易的、有趣的事情。


However, if you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride. And it will encourage you to do another task and another and another after that. 
然而,如果你每天早上都能整理床铺,你就完成了每天的第一个任务。这会给你一点自豪感,而且会鼓励你继续完成一个又一个任务。

And by the end of the day that one task completed will have turned into many different tasks completed. Clean up your room. That's a great start. Organize your local landscape. Schedule your time. Start taking control of yourself.

一天过去,那个任务完成了,其他的任务也就完成了。打扫你的房间,这是个很好的开始。规划你的房间布局,计划你的时间,开始掌控自己。


I think you should stop looking for the quantum leap and start looking for the daily discipline, because that's where the breakthrough lives. When you make your bed, you have already done something for the day. You've already accomplished something even though it's small. Just accomplishing one little thing can propel you to do the next thing and the next thing and the next thing. 
我认为,你应该停止幻想一步登天,你要开始寻找每天的自律,因为这样才会有突破。当你整理你的床铺时,你已经做了一天中的一件事了,你已经完成了一件事,虽然它是一件小事。完成一件小事,可以鼓励你去做下一件事,下一件事,再下一件事。
