19.What is a high-level banquet?
Recently, Fu Jun, the founder of Shanghai harvest crab village, talked about a topic, that is, how to distinguish a banquet from a high-level banquet or an ordinary banquet.

最近上海丰收蟹庄的创始人傅骏老师说到一个话题，就是怎么分辨一顿宴席是高级宴席呢，还是普通宴席。
其实，这和宴席的价格没有关系，和菜本身的烹饪水平也没什么关系。
傅老师说，有一个很简单的分辨标准，就是在吃菜的时候，你有没有动“上个主食”的念头。
这道菜好啊，上碗米饭拌饭吃多香啊，这就是普通宴席。如果你自始至终没有“下不下饭”这个念头，你的注意力全部都在菜品本身上，这才是高级宴席的设计思路。
我觉得这个标准很妙。一个东西不再成为达成其他目的的手段，它本身就是它的目的，这才上了档次。
那从这个角度来理解孔子的那句话叫“君子不器”，就很有意思了。
一个君子，不能像一个器物那样，为任何特定目的而生，君子的人生目标就是为了成为一个更好的人啊。
