Stay away from all things self development, especially those best selling self development books of all time. 

远离一切促进自我发展的东西，尤其是那些史上最畅销的自我发展类的书籍。

They might have changed millions of lives, and helped create more abundance, joy and freedom, that's not what you want - you came here to learn how to be miserable - don't read anything… Unless it's the news.

尽管它们可能改变了数百万人的生活，帮助创造更多的富足、欢乐和自由，但这不是你想要的——你来这里是为了学习如何痛苦——所以这样的东西一点都不要读……除非它们是新闻。
