I know how difficult it can be for people to discuss and confront mental health challenges. I understand how it can seem like an insurmountable barrier to getting help and the support that is needed. 

我知道人们讨论和面对心理健康挑战是多么困难。我理解,要获得所需的帮助和支持,需要跨过一个看上去无法逾越的障碍。


But in sharing my journey, I would like others to know that you're not alone, and you do not need to suffer in silence. It's okay to not be okay. 

但在分享我的经历时,我希望其他人知道,你并不孤单,你不需要默默忍受。状态不好也是正常的。



Thanks to seeking professional help. I have a better understanding of myself. I still have tough days. But I have the tools and the understanding to manage them now. 

感谢心理健康专业的帮助。我对自己有了更好的了解。我仍会有难受的时候。但我现在懂得如何去管理好这些情绪。
