Recently, I chatted with a friend. I asked him, when are you happiest and happiest every day? He said, tiktok, when you watch movies and brush your voice. I said, why are you so hopeless?
He said, "I think it makes sense. You think we can't be happy with our daily struggle and progress. Why? Because it's all about focusing on yourself.
Where does that person's happiness come from? Isn't philosopher Russell saying that happiness, to a great extent, is due to the elimination of excessive attention to the self.
For example, we love a person very happy, because we eliminate the focus on self, we focus on others.
But it's not easy to get love. Watching movies and shaking my voice is a rare way to pay attention to others, appreciate others, and eliminate the moment of self concern. So it's a kind of easy and tiktok happiness.
Sounds reasonable. Russell said this truth is really profound. Taleb said, "there are two kinds of people in the world. One wants to win and the other wants to win the argument.". You see, the reason why the latter kind of people are not promising is that they pay too much attention to themselves.

不过获得爱情不容易。看电影刷抖音，对我来说，就是难得的关注别人、赞赏别人，消除了对自我关注的时刻，所以是一种很容易获得的爽和幸福。
听着挺有道理。罗素说的这个道理还真挺深刻的。塔勒布不是说嘛，“世界上存在两种人，一种人想赢，另一种人想赢得争论”。你看，后一种人之所以没出息，就是因为对自我的过分关注。
