Number 1. Compare yourself to other people

If you really want to be miserable for the rest of your life, this is first on the list. Compare yourself with everyone and then make sure you judge yourself if you're not as good as them in any area.

如果你真的想在痛苦中度过余生,首先就要做到这一条。你要与每个人做比较,只要你有任何一点技不如人的地方,都要进行自我批判。


It doesn't matter that you were born unique. Ignore everyone who says you should focus on your own strengths and do the best you can. If you want to feel worthless: COMPARE.

尽管你生来就是独一无二的,但这并不重要。如果有人劝你专注于自己的优势,并且凡事尽你所能,你就直接忽略即可。如果你想让自己感觉毫无价值:那就去与他人做比较吧。


Number 2. Judge other people and assume the worst in everyone

第二,评判别人,并以最大的恶意揣测他人


Only happy people think the best of others and reserve judgement until they know all the details.

只有快乐的人才会念着别人的好,并在了解所有细节之前保留评判意见。


Always assume the worst in other people. It doesn't matter that the majority of people are good deep down… Carry the resentment of anyone who has ever done you wrong - around everywhere and assume everyone else is like that.

你要以最大的恶意去揣测他人。尽管大多数人在内心深处都是善良的,但这并不重要……如果有人辜负了你,你就要带着这种愤恨去各个地方,并去设想其他人也都会这样辜负你。
