It’s been a while, because recently I lost my mind, I didn’t get any reply from you are so I forgot continue building my channel. 

Ha ha that’s a joke, because today ours topic refers how to exercise your brain.Honestly ever since I turned 35 I feel like my memory has been going downhill and I find it harder and harder to remember things. Even just where I put on my phone seem to slip my mind more and more! Sometimes I have to ask my dogs, of course they feel wronged. So how to keep my Brain sharp as I get older, That is essential.

Can brain exercises keep your brain healthier as you get older and prevent memory loss? Can brain exercise prevent or delay dementia, such as Alzheimer’s?

To know for sure, more studies are needed. But a number of them show the benefits of staying mentally active.

Research has shown that there are many ways you can hone your mental sharpness and help your brain stay healthy, no matter what age you are. Doing certain brain exercises to help boost your memory, concentration, and focus can make daily tasks quicker and easier to do, and keep your brain sharp as you get older.

Let’s take a deeper dive into several evidence-based exercises that offer the best brain-boosting benefits.

1. Start with physical exercises

I definitely believe in the saying that “a healthy body means a healthy mind ”so I always try to exercises at least two hours a week scientist say the Best exercises are things like walking running and cycling, they give your brain a boost of oxygen and great ways to clear your mind.

2. Try your hand at cards

When’s the last time you played a game of cards? The same study also found that a game of cards could improve memory and thinking skills. So try learning  one of these tried-and-true card games:bridge/gin rummy/poker and crazy eights

3. Build your vocabulary

A rich vocabulary has a way of making you sound smart. But did you know you can also turn a quick vocab lesson into a stimulating brain game?

Research shows that many more regions of the brain are involved in vocabulary tasks, particularly in areas that are important for visual and auditory processing. To test this theory, try this cognitive-boosting activity:

*Keep a notebook with you when you read.

*Write down one unfamiliar word, then look up the definition.

*Try to use that word five times the next day.

4. Teach someone a new Skill
