Ha ha that’s a joke, because today ours topic refers how to exercise your brain.Honestly ever since I turned 35 I feel like my memory has been going downhill and I find it harder and harder to remember things. Even just where I put on my phone seem to slip my mind more and more! Sometimes I have to ask my dogs, of course they feel wronged. So how to keep my Brain sharp as I get older, That is essential.
Can brain exercises keep your brain healthier as you get older and prevent memory loss? Can brain exercise prevent or delay dementia, such as Alzheimer’s?
