去公园的经历

It was last year when my friend and I wentto Shanghai Disneyland, a world-famous theme park. It was located in the suburbs of Pudong District and was about aone-hour drive from where I lived. The first Disneyland was opened in the USAin 1955 so it had a history of over 60 years. The theme park is believed to bethe happiest place on earth.

The park is really big, and the minute youset foot in it, you will feel as if you entered a world of fairy tales. Thereare castles, Disney characters and different kinds of exciting rides there.

That day, we saw many kids there accompaniedby their parents. We also saw young people like us, and some of them were evendressed up as cartoon characters.

In the morning, we enjoyed some of thepopular and classical rides in Disneyland, such as a rollercoaster,merry-go-round and Alice in Wonderland. At noon, we had lunch; it was reallyexpensive. In the afternoon, we got a little tired, so we decided to just takesome photos. When the night fell, we watched a firework show; it was reallybeautiful and spectacular.

I liked this park because it made me feellike a kid again. And I truly enjoyed every minute of it. Also, the trip inDisneyland let me forget all the troubles and worries in my life. Even thoughthat freedom was just momentary, Iwas able to be carefree and totallyrelax!
