昨天我改的地方，有个错误需要更正一下 应该是I could have more detailed and deeper thinking. 或者也可以说成I could think more in detail and in depth.

I could think more detailed，think more deeply，detailed是形容词，故不能用来修饰动词think，且英语里讲究前后句子结构一致和对称，所以我认为 用I could have more detailed and deep thinking更为妥当

due to didn't have enough time thinking deeply 可以改成，because I didn't have enough time to think deeply

Couldn't help something意思是忍不住如何如何，根据你的上下文意思，你应该是表达，我经常忍不住走神，经常忍不住注意力不集中，而I couldn't help myself being focus enough意思是“我经常忍不住集中注意力”，显然与上下文不符，所以应该是I couldn't help myself not being focused enough
