绘本内容：

我们的内心感受变化是个神奇的存在哦。有时候，就像里面有阳光和彩虹；另一些时候，就像有一场巨大的风暴。

今天的绘本，我们来试着理解内心感受和如何去和不同的心情相处，让孩子们明白，不同的情绪是正常的，每个人都有。

孩子们还能学习到不同的天气单词哦，非常适合英语启蒙哦！

It's easy to talk about the weather outside, 

even if it changes all the time.

要是聊一下外面的天气，是非常简单的，

即使它一天到晚都会变化。

But it's hard to talk about the weather inside me. 

但是要聊我内心的天气，那就艰难了。

Sometimes it feels like people don't understand.

有时候好像大家都不明白。

Do you feel like that too?

你也会有这样的感觉吗？

Some days my mind is full of sunshine and rainbows. 

有那么几天我的心里是充满阳光和彩虹的呢。

I feel like I can do anything.

我感觉我做任何事情都没问题。

On other days my head is full of fog and clouds. 

而有那么几天我的脑子里全是雾霾和乌云。

It's hard to listen to what people are saying or to remember things.

我很难去听大家在说什么，也很难记住事情。

I sometimes wake up feeling like it's windy and wild in my head.

我有时候醒来就像我的脑袋里狂风大作。

I feel tired and grumpy.

我觉得好累，心情也很暴躁。

And sometimes it feels like it's raining inside me. 

还有时候，我的内心就好像在下雨。

It can be a drizzle making me feel sad, 

有时候是小雨，让我觉得悲伤，

or a storm making me feel angry.

或者是一场暴风雨，让我觉得很生气。

Sometimes the weather inside me doesn't match the weather outside.

有时候我内心的天气和外面的天气并不是一样的。

Sometimes my inside weather doesn't match how I want to feel or how I think I should feel.

有时候我内心的天气也跟我想要感受到的或者我想我应该去感受到的，都不一样。

Is that okay?

这样是没问题的吗？

Yes, of course it is.

是的，当然没问题呀。

The best thing to do when we feel like our inside weather is strange is 

当我们觉得我们内心的天气很奇怪的时候，我们要做的最好的事情就是

to tell someone we love, 

and talk about it.

去告诉我们爱的人，

然后聊一聊这样的内心天气。

They've got inside weather too,

and they'll understand.

他们也会有内心的天气，

他们会懂的哦。
