suit强调颜色；款式等合适

match指两个物体大小，色调，款式等方面很相配，显得很协调。

强调衣服，鞋子，帽子等的尺寸，大小，形状上的合适。fit做形容词还可以表示“合适的”
This T-shirt fits me well, neither too large nor too small.
这件体恤衫很合身，不大也不小。

These shoes don't fit me. Have you got a larger one?
这些鞋子不适合我，你有再大一点的吗？

suit强调颜色；款式等合适。suit做动词还可以表示“对...方便”；做名词表示“西装”，“套装”
