Live a meaningful life

Without the contrast of sadness, happiness does not exist. Without dark, there is no light. 

没有悲伤作为对比，快乐就不存在。没有黑暗，也就没有光。

A happy life, then, is not one without sadness, or misery, or failures, or problems. 

那么，快乐的人生，并非没有悲伤，没有痛苦，没有失败，没有问题。

A happy life, a full life, is a life with meaning. 

有意义的人生，才是快乐、圆满的人生。
