教育要点讲解：

有时候问的题目比较有针对性，同学们没办法广撒网，这种时候，就要思路清晰，罗列1、2、3；对比分析、正反分析等等，但都不需要说很多，点到即止很重要，别把自己绕进去了。比如今天的问题。

Q.  Which is more necessary for a job? Experience or education?

A. I think both are necessary. To apply for a job,a good educational background is required nowadays. On the other hand, anexperienced professional can get a better job compared to a person withoutprofessional experience. In fact, for a fresh graduate, strong academicknowledge is required. Over the time, s/he gathers practical experiences and gainexpertise. I am sure a majority of the companies look for a good combination ofthese two – education & experience.
