We have the power to choose - Tony Robbins

Most of us unconsciously, we decide what things mean and the first thing we decide is, what are we going to do. 

我们中的大多数人，一旦遇到什么事，就对事情下结论，并且很快就决定要如何应对。

We decide to quit, because it's overwhelming. We decide to get strong, and focus. We decide we're going to turn it around. We decide to wait and see.

我们决定放弃，因为我们感觉不知所措。我们决定坚强起来，保持专注。我们决定让自己逆袭。我们决定再等一等，再看一看。

Ultimately, your destiny is determined by what you do. So, for example, what do you do if somebody comes to you one day and says you have a tumor?

最终，你的命运如何，取决于你做了什么。比如，要是有人告诉你，你有一个肿瘤，你会怎么办？

Again, I've had that experience. I use that as a reference point, because I've had a lot of intense experiences in my life, but that was one of the more intense ones for sure. Had many, but that was very intense. 

这是我的个人经历。我引用这件事，因为在人生中，我曾遇到很多令人压力很大的事情，而这只是其中一个比较严重的。曾经有过很多类似的经历，但是这是最难应对的一件事。

You know. First, what do you focus on? You focus on it's over? Do you focus on why me? Do you give it a meaning that says I'm gonna die? What do you do?

首先，你的注意力会在什么上？你在想，完了？你在想，为什么偏偏是你？你在想，是不是这一辈子就要结束了？你会怎么办？

Just go through traditional therapeutic approach. Do you put yourself in the hands of someone else? Do you evaluate this? Do you get a second or third opinion? Your destiny is determined by your decisions. 

遵循传统的治疗手段就行了。你会让别人决定你的人生吗？你认为这可取吗？你有没有征求过别人的建议和看法？你的命运，取决于你做的决定。
