Spend time with family.

和家人度过美好时光。

Marcus Aurelius tells us, the longest-lived and those who will die soonest lose the same thing. The present is all that they can give up, since that is all you have, and what you do not have, you cannot lose.

马可·奥勒留告诉我们，那些最长寿的人，和那些即将离开世界的人，他们所失去的东西，是一样的。当下，就是他们能放弃的全部。因为，这就是你拥有的一切。你不会失去你没有的东西。

For Marcus Aurelius, as the day came to a close, it was time to be around family. Marcus clearly loved his children and his wife dearly. Even though he was important, famous and extremely busy, he didn't ignore them.

对于马克·奥勒留而言，在一天即将结束时，就应该和家人待在一起。他深爱着自己的孩子和妻子。尽管他是一个很重要的、很出名的、很忙碌的人，他也不会忽略自己的家人。

He would tuck his children into bed at night and kiss them. He would say quietly to himself, don't rush this. This might be the last time you do this. It's not guaranteed that either of you will make it through the night.

He loved them. He cherished this thing in front of him, which really was the most important thing in his life, and then he said goodnight. He would repeatedly do this, for as long as he was fortunate enough to live.
