Shifu: Hi, Joe, welcome back! Long time no see! How wasyour trip to San Francisco?
Joe: It wasgood. Thank you, Shifu!
Shifu: Did you have any chance to see your family?
Joe: Yes. I lived with my parents during Christmas, andmy brother and his family came to visit from Oregon. They stayed a week withus.
Shifu: So how are your parents? How old are they now?
Joe: My father is 85 and my mom is 82. They are doingquite well.
Shifu: Does your brother have any children?
Joe: Yes, an 18-year-old daughter and a 14-year-oldson.
Shifu: Did you have time to practise Taichi?
Joe: The first few days were terribly crazy, I sufferedawful Jet lag and was very exhausted. I had to help my parents prepareeverything as well. But I tried my best, I practised Laojia Yilu five times aday after Christmas.
Shifu: Good! Now show me, let me see if you have madeany progress.

Joe:是的。我圣诞节是跟父母一起过的。我哥和他的家人从俄勒冈过来看了我们,他们住了有一周吧。

Joe:我父亲85,我妈82,他们都挺硬朗的。
師父: 你哥有孩子吗?
Joe:是的,一个18岁的女儿和一个14岁的儿子。
师父:那你练太极了没有啊?
Joe:刚回去那几天有点乱七八糟的,我得倒时差,累得不行,还得帮我父母准备圣诞节。但圣诞节后我每天练五遍老架一路。
师父:好!那就给我过一遍吧,让我看看你有没有进步。
