A panto was planed with a wonderful grotto, at the London Palladium, with the help from the Lotto!

Theatres, once closed, threw open their doors, and families at last could walk on their floor.

剧院，曾大门紧闭，现在重新开放，家人们终于可以踩着地板踏进剧院。

On Santa’s command the elves raced down to Hamleys, to make dreams come true for the unwitting families.

圣诞老人下达命令，让精灵们奔赴哈姆利斯，为那些毫不知情的家庭实现他们的梦想。

Dashing and wrapping, as the guests took their seats, Santa was determined that they’d all get their treats.

当宾客们在剧院就坐，圣诞老人正火速包装（礼物），确保让所有的宾客得到款待。

Could the elves do it? They were all in a spin. But for now boys and girls, the show must begin!

精灵们能完成任务吗？他们现在都手忙脚乱。但是对男孩儿们和女孩儿们来说，表演必须要开始了。

Was everything ready? Only time would now tell.

一切准备就绪了吗？只有时间会证明一切。

As out on the carpet there’d been quite the spell, the guests never dreamt that during the show, the elves had worked swiftly, all covered in snow.

由于地毯上已经被“施了”魔法，宾客绝不会想到在演出期间精灵们的工作如此迅速，所有的礼物都被隐藏在“白雪”之下。

With smiles on their faces and tears in their eyes, the children couldn’t believe they’d had such a surprise.

脸带微笑，眼含泪花的孩子们，都不敢相信这是给他们的惊喜。

And as families departed, as if from a book, there’s magic to be found wherever you look.

待所有家人都从剧院离去，就像书里写的一样，你可以在任何地方找到魔法。

The moral of this story, true now more than ever, remarkable things happen, when we all work together......
